– The price includes : VAT, the agency’s commission,
heating, electricity and hot water. Tourist tax will be payable
on arrival.

Early arrivals are not possible, unless an agreement has been made
with the agency. In the event of a late arrival, the balance outstanding
and the deposit must nevertheless reach us on the first day of rental.
If not, the rental will be consideredvoid and the payment will be
settled as follow : if the tenant does not take possession of the
flat on the appointed day, whatever the reason, the agency will
try to re-rent it. If successful, only the agency’s commission
and the moral damaged caused to the proprietor will be demanded
of the tenant. If unsuccessful, the first installment paid will
be kept by the agency and the proprietor, and the balance outstanding
will be demanded.

The tenant must not sub-let the flat or give up the terms of the
present agreement, without the agency’s formal consent.
5 –
If the tenant leaves the premises before the given date, he will
not receive a refund for the days unused.
6 –
The length of the rental may not be prolonged, except with the agency’s
accord and pre-payment of the rent, which will be calculated according
to the current rates.
7 –
If it turns out that the number of occupants is greater than agreed,
the agency reserves the right to demand a supplement, or refuse
entry into the premises ; in which case, the balance outstanding
will nevertheless demanded.
- Animals are not allowed, except with the agency’s prior
permission
- It is strictly forbidden to use the beds without sheets.
8 –
The garantee is necessary in case of damaged caused to the proprietor’s
belongings and/or the premises in general, as well as the charges
which are not included in the rental. If the garantee is not sufficient,
the tenant will be asked to complete the amount in question.
- The garantee will be returned within two weeks following departure.
9 –
The insurance covering cancelation is not compulsary, but is highly
recommended.
10 –
The tenant is expected to :
- check the inventory on arrival. He must inform the agency of any
missing or damaged items within 24 hours.
- avoid any damage to objects and fittings, any obstructions in
the canalization. Repairs will be charged to the tenant.
- conform to the rules of the building, especially noise, the hanging
of washing, cleanliness, rubbish disposal, use of car park etc...
- put the furniture back in its former position, before leaving.
- lock the premises and returns the keys to the agency upon departure.
11 –
During youy stay, the agency reserve the right to let people visit
the premises, either in case of a sale, or in case of rental. The
time will be agreed beforehand between the agency and the tenant.
12 –
This act is performed in the offices of the agency, and thus in
case of objectionn the court of competent jurisdiction will be that
of the judicial circumscription where the premises are to be found. |
